Clarificion from the agency Open to current onboard ND Army Nional Guard Federal Employees. Duties Help The purpose of this position is to ensure property accountability and provide installion supply assistance and instruction to units and activities within the ste. Analyzes possible redistribution of equipment through transfer, loan or assignment. Works with units assigned in dealing with distribution and redistribution of Equipment and Assets. Performs Quarterly Equipment on hand analysis by unit identificion code (UIC) to improve equipment accountability to ensure all UIC units are valided on. Manages and analyzes the Unique Item Tracking (UIT) reports to LOGSA for sensitive and high visibility assets. Valides ste asset visibility and accountability of federal assets. Inities and recommends unit s for performance of reconciliions. Reviews, valides, and establishes accountability for mobilizing units and organizions. Performs inventories, site s, and coordinion with the ste mobilizion office to insure accountability and proper property books are established for deploying activities. An individual convicted of a qualifying crime of domestic violence may not perform the duties of this position. Incumbent is required to meet all the military training and requirements for compible military assignment to be awarded this position. Incumbent is the focal point for unit mobilizion operions seeking needed assets and establishing proper authorizion documents for mobiliion. Applicant must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade or civilian equivalent which includes: 1) knowledge of governing supply regulions, policies, procedures, and instructions; 2) Applying the principles and practices of supply management, merial storage, inventory, and excess property management to provide technical assistance to customers; and 3) Conducting searches to reconstruct records for supply transactions.
