Job Description

SUMMARY:
The Inventory Integration Specialist helps BlackHawk ensure it has accurate inventory on hand, while reducing losses and inefficiencies. They are involved in several inventory control processes and help count, examine, move, order, and dispose of stock as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Personally exhibits, recruits and coaches associates consistent with Core Behaviors Responsible for promoting culture of safety Responsible verifying inventory on hand counts and cycle counting process for warehouses and customer consignment inventory. Make adjustments to cycle count setups, if needed. Provide recommendations on ABC class. Ensure all items are labeled and located to a bin physically and in P21. If not, decide proper location and update P21 as needed Observe receiving and shipping process to ensure proper procedures are followed. Provide recommendations for changes when problems are noticed. Create bin and item report for P21 and verify bin label works Create pick path with on-site team for optimal efficiency. Work with management team on-site to research discrepancies. Provide resolutions to counts that are off or need to be adjusted. Enter inventory adjustments as needed. Provide recommendations for efficient warehouse setup, provide direction to on-site for changes that should be made.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be customer service focused Must be a team player Proficient software skills, or ability to learn: Prophet 21, CribMaster, AutoCrib, Microsoft Office Basic knowledge of barcode scanners Basic understanding of inventory Management Background in Industrial Distribution preferred Ability to plan and prioritize Highly self-motivated Ability to work individually on a project Meet project deadlines
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
: No direct supervisory responsibility. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma/GED required Experience in a similar position preferred
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Employee is regularly required to speak and understand English, stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms. Employee is required to use computer and other equipment. Employee frequently lifts and/or moves up to _30_ pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to clearly focus vision. Travel will be required
