Job Description
Sardo and Sons Warehousing is hiring 1 Inventory Specialist in Parlin, NJ. Sardo and Sons Warehousing is a family-owned and operated warehousing and logistics company that operates in 21 sites across 9 states. Monday through Friday, Dayshift (7:00am ET to 3:00pm ET) Position rate $22.00 - $25.00 based on experience PTO both given and earned through longevity. Paid holidays (11) observed. Performance-based bonuses. Retirement 401k plan offered with company match up to 4% Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance offered to the employee at no cost to the employee. No deductions out of paycheck for the employee unless they upgrade their plan or add dependents. Maintain the inventory within the site to ensure all material is properly stored, moved, and recorded. Oversee, and manage all inventory counts (cycle counting and/or physical counting). Work with the customer to ensure processes in place are followed, and any exceptions are appropriately addressed. Keep up to date metrics on record and readily available for internal use, customer use, and/or audits. Report to Site Manager and aid in any tasks, as assigned, relative to product inventory.
