JOB SUMMARY
Communicate with customers via email and telephone and records order information into computer system(s) and fulfilling each individual request with critical customer service skills performing the following duties.Available Shift:
Monday- Friday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED). Language Skills
- Ability to read and comprehend customer instructions as well as HSS and customer procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports as well as correspond easily with internal and external customers. Mathematical Skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Reasoning Ability
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Computer Skills
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate knowledge of MS Office Applications and advanced knowledge of HSS and/or Customer Inventory Control and Courier software; Shipping and mailing system specific to location. Ability to assist IT in resolving system issues. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Successfully pass TSA Security Threat Assessment/Testing. Critical Customer Service Skills
