Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Receiving/Inventory Specialist to join our dynamic warehouse team. Duties Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders, and inspect for damages or discrepancies using warehouse management system Accurately record inventory data into ERP systems, ensuring real-time updates for stock levels Prepare items for storage by stocking shelves, organizing pallets with pallet jacks or reach trucks, and ensuring proper packaging for safe storage Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping logistics to support timely order fulfillment for e-commerce and distribution channels Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using inventory management software to maintain stock accuracy Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols using forklifts, reach trucks, or other warehouse equipment Collaborate with warehouse distribution teams to optimize workflow, support trade compliance standards, and ensure adherence to international trade regulations Experience Prior experience working in warehouse operations or distribution centers with a strong understanding of shipping & receiving processes Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and inventory management software Proficiency in using pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment such as load/unload tools and order pickers Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipment details accurately Excellent data entry skills coupled with customer service orientation to assist internal teams and external partners effectively Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance standards is highly desirable Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards Join us as a Receiving/Inventory Specialist where your expertise will directly impact our operational success.
