This role is ideal for candidates with experience in inventory control, returns processing, reverse logistics, shipping & receiving, or warehouse operations. Responsibilities Manage RMA (Return Material Authorization) and returns processing, including receiving, inspecting, documenting, and tracking returned items Verify and sort materials using barcodes, part numbers, and RF scanners for proper routing and processing Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS, SAP, or inventory systems and support cycle counts and reconciliation Process inbound and outbound shipments while ensuring accurate documentation and system updates Prepare and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) for shipments Maintain packaging supplies and support outbound shipping operations Resolve return issues, discrepancies, and RMA tickets within required timelines Operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment (MHE) to move and stage materials Support warehouse operations by assisting with inventory, shipping, and receiving as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications 1+ year of hands-on experience processing RMAs or managing returns (required) Experience in warehouse, inventory control, reverse logistics, or shipping & receiving environments Familiarity with

WMS, SAP, ERP
