About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Inventory & Admin Specialist to support the accuracy and seamless flow of our inventory, vendor relationships, and outside repairs. The ideal candidate brings jewelry industry experience, strong administrative and organizational skills, and a keen understanding of inventory systems and jewelry terminology. Experience with the Edge POS system is highly preferred. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, works with precision, and understands the importance of discretion, accountability, and accuracy in their work. Key Responsibilities Enter, maintain, and update inventory information in the Edge POS system Ticket and process incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently Assist with physical inventory counts, including counting, reconciling, and researching discrepancies Maintain accurate inventory records for fine jewelry, luxury watches, and other merchandise Run brand and vendor reports using Excel and communicate information to vendors as needed Assist with special orders, incoming merchandise, and inventory-related administrative tasks Coordinate outside vendor repairs, including preparing merchandise for shipment and tracking items throughout the process Communicate with customers regarding outside repairs, including estimates, approvals, and status updates Communicate with vendors regarding repair approvals, shipments, orders, and other account needs Track merchandise and repairs entering and leaving the store Support the overall organization and accuracy of inventory and administrative processes Work closely with the existing inventory and administrative team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of jewelry industry experience preferred Experience with inventory control, data entry, or administrative responsibilities Edge POS experience highly preferred Strong Excel skills and comfort working with reports and spreadsheets Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills Extremely trustworthy and honest, with a strong sense of accountability Comfortable working with valuable merchandise and confidential business information Familiarity with jewelry terminology, metals, brands, and luxury products Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while also supporting a collaborative team Professional, dependable, and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment Saturday availability is required Compensation & Benefits $25-$30 per hour, based on experience and expertise Potential opportunity for additional team-based commission earnings based on performance and store volume Health, dental, and vision insurance available Three weeks of paid vacation for full-time employees, prorated based on start date 401(k) opportunity with a 4% company match after one year of employment If you are passionate about luxury, driven by relationships, and ready to grow with an established family business, we encourage you to apply and become part of the Frank Adams Jewelers' legacy!
