Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Specialist to join our operations team. This role is critical to ensuring the highest level of accuracy and accountability in managing IT assets and parts. Responsibilities Receive incoming parts shipments, verify them against invoices and purchase orders, and confirm all items are accurate and accounted for. Accurately receive, scan, and track inventory including laptops, mobile devices, parts, and other IT equipment. Perform cycle counts and audits to maintain extremely high inventory accuracy with minimal loss. Work closely with purchasing and middle management to resolve delivery issues, reconcile discrepancies, and improve inventory workflows. Maintain and update records in Excel and other tracking systems. Uphold KPIs related to inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experience: 2+ years of inventory management/control experience (required). Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of maintaining tight inventory accuracy. Proficiency in Excel and general computer programs; ability to work with data sets and reporting. Familiarity with IT hardware (laptops, PCs, mobile devices, parts) is a big plus. Bilingual (Spanish/English or Mandarin/English) a strong plus. Comfortable with the physical aspects of the role (lifting, scanning, moving devices/parts). A proactive problem-solver who collaborates effectively across departments.
