This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, dependable professional who enjoys working independently, coordinating with multiple departments, and keeping operations running smoothly in a healthcare environment. What You'll Do Monitor inventory and maintain appropriate supply levels Place orders and coordinate with vendors and suppliers Receive, inspect, organize, and store deliveries Fill and distribute supply requisitions throughout the organization Maintain accurate inventory, purchasing, and vendor records Prepare shipments and process related paperwork Monitor oxygen deliveries and coordinate with nursing departments Maintain clean, safe, and organized storerooms Track equipment and generate reports Identify supply needs and opportunities for improved efficiency and cost savings Follow all safety, hazardous-material handling, and compliance requirements What We're Looking For Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, building operations, central supply, materials management, or a related role High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Dependable, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently Experience managing supplies, equipment, inventory, deliveries, or vendors preferred Strong computer skills required: candidates should be comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, as well as have prior experience using an inventory, purchasing or materials management system Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position requiring frequent walking, bending, stooping, lifting, carrying, and climbing.
