- Enter and update orders in the system
- Contact clients about order problems (shortages, wrong/invalid addresses, delays, etc.)
- Process returns (receive, check, update system, and inform clients)
- Answer emails and phone calls from clients
- Help warehouse staff with order priorities and basic questions
- Keep simple records and reports up to date
