This role is responsible for coordinating product flow, maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting customer orders, and ensuring efficient communication between suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal departments. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and interested in working in a growing product-focused organization specializing in leather goods and accessories. Responsibilities Coordinate daily operations including inventory management, order processing, and product fulfillment activities Maintain accurate inventory records for leather products, materials, and finished goods Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory planning and replenishment processes Process customer orders and coordinate shipment preparation with warehouse and fulfillment teams Maintain product documentation, purchase records, invoices, and operational reports Communicate with suppliers, vendors, shipping providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations Assist with receiving, inspection, labeling, and organization of incoming products Track order status and resolve inventory or fulfillment discrepancies Support e-commerce operations including order updates and product availability management Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and operational processes Requirements Previous experience in inventory management, operations, logistics, retail, e-commerce, or warehouse coordination preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams Customer-focused mindset and commitment to quality service Preferred Qualifications Experience with inventory management systems, ERP platforms, or e-commerce tools Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, warehouse software, or order management systems is a plus Knowledge of leather goods, fashion accessories, manufacturing, or product distribution preferred Experience with supply chain processes, purchasing, and vendor coordination Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field preferred Pay & Benefits Competitive pay: $26.5 - $31.1 per hour (based on experience) Performance-based bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and company holidays Professional development and training opportunities Career growth opportunities within a growing organization Supportive and collaborative work environment Why Join Fiaz Enterprises?
