Hey there! It's an exciting time at Think Board. After breaking into the NYC Public School system last year, our growth picked up fast — and we've been building momentum ever since. As we expand our work with schools, businesses, and custom clients, we're ready to add another reliable, detail-oriented person to our team. We're looking for someone who can keep our production space running smoothly, support our e-commerce fulfillment, and take pride in delivering clean, organized, high-quality work. This role works closely with our small Saratoga team and plays a big part in how efficiently our operation runs each day.
Position:
Inventory & Fulfillment Specialist Location:
Saratoga Springs, NY Flexible Weekday Hours Ideal for someone looking for a daytime schedule while kids are in school.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily order fulfillment, packaging products neatly and consistently. Track inventory across our warehouse and storage units; restock supplies when needed. Keep the workspace clean, organized, and efficient. Collaborate with team members and maintain a positive, friendly work environment.
Optional:
Support local school installations as needed (carrying materials, prepping surfaces, helping installers).
Optional:
Contribute to social media, email marketing, or customer service if you have experience or interest.
Qualifications:
Technologically comfortable; ability to learn new systems quickly (e.g., shipping software). Strong attention to detail and pride in producing neat, accurate work. Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently without constant direction. Able to lift 50 lbs as part of daily workflow. A team player with a friendly attitude and strong communication skills. Quick learner who isn't afraid to troubleshoot and solve problems.
Bonus:
Experience in inventory management, packaging, or customer support.
