This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse, picking, receiving, or inventory experience who enjoys a hands-on role and working as part of a team. What You'll Do Scan and monitor 90+ work areas/cabinets and 900+ inventory bins across 4 buildings to identify replenishment needs. Straighten cabinets, remove expired materials, and maintain organized stocking areas. Break down incoming shipments from the hub and restock production work areas. Receive, verify, label, and organize inventory to ensure accurate stock levels. Use hand scanners and inventory systems to track materials and submit replenishment orders. Communicate inventory issues, part expedites, and other concerns to the appropriate team members. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all site safety procedures. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of warehouse, inventory, material handling, picking, receiving, or production experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry/documentation skills. Comfortable using scanners, inventory systems, and basic Microsoft Office programs. Strong communication and customer service skills. Reliable, professional, and able to work independently. Ability to wear required PPE and follow safety procedures. Experience with JIT, VMI, 3PL, or aerospace environments is a plus.

INDBH Pay:

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
