This is a full-time position based in Blue Ash, OH SUMMARY Ensure that mail is reliably received and sent from our Blue Ash location and perform all other scheduled tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Tasks Prepare requested consumable products for delivery to satellite locations Mail Responsibilities Sort incoming mail and interoffice mail Deliver incoming mail throw-out the building Operate the postage meter for outgoing mail and bundle for pickup Order and stock supplies needed to operate the postage meter Performs minor service to the postage meter Operate the Café for lunches and vacations Operate a cash register Stock food and beverage displays Maintain a neat and orderly area Assist customers as needed Setup conference rooms as needed Move tables, chairs, walls and podiums per the meeting organizers instructions Weekly Tasks Deliver tissue paper cases throughout the building to maintain stock levels Deliver copy paper throughout the building to maintain stock levels Collect full sharps bins from locked staging closets and package for shipment Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong verbal and written communication skills Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Must be able to lift, move, unpack, and shelve heavy boxes (up to 75 lbs). Must have a demonstrated track record of reliability, attendance, punctuality, and flexibility with before- and after- hours scheduling, including weekends.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Medical Office experience preferred

SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Proficiency in Excel including but not limited to advanced Functions and Pivot Tables.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role requires a variety of physical activities to effectively perform essential job functions. The position involves frequent walking (75%), sitting (50%), and standing (50%), with regular bending, stooping, and reaching (25-50%). Employees must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 lbs. Strong fine motor skills and full use of hands are essential, as the role demands constant grasping, writing/typing, and use of technology. Visual and auditory acuity—including color, depth, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus—is required 100% of the time. Occasional driving or climbing may also be necessary.
