About Z5 Inventory Z5 Inventory is a leading medical inventory management company specializing in providing precise, technology-driven inventory solutions to hospital systems and healthcare facilities across the United States. We partner with major healthcare networks to optimize their supply chain operations, reduce waste, and improve efficiency at the point of care. Our team of inventory specialists works on-site at healthcare facilities, ensuring that medical supplies are accurately tracked, organized, and replenished so that clinical staff can focus on patient care. Overview Z5 Inventory Specialists handle the daily ordering, replenishment, and organization of RFID-tracked medical supplies at our customers' outpatient satellite locations. This role covers approximately five clinic locations across the Canton, Massillon, Wooster, and Mansfield areas, visited on a set weekly rotation with one location per day. You are home every night, and the clinical teams know you and expect you on your day. Pay and Schedule $45,000 salary starting out - no degree, no experience required Full benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, ~15 days PTO Paid training (2-3 weeks) - you'll shadow an experienced trainer until you're confident Mileage paid at $0.76/mile, company laptop provided Monday-Friday, daytime hours. Home every night, no weekends Description The Inventory Specialist is a customer-facing role. You will be the familiar face clinical staff see every week, keeping their supplies stocked, organized, and easy to find, answering product questions, and resolving issues as they come up. Clear communication, reliability, and follow-through matter more in this role than any specific technical background. Responsibilities Daily Travel to your assigned location for the day Tag and register RFID-tracked products Order and replenish products and put away deliveries Process on-demand requests Keep inventory organized, labeled, and rotated Build positive working relationships with clinic staff Track down missing inventory and help resolve back-orders Monthly Review stock levels with your supervisor and recommend adjustments Consolidate and organize storage areas Identify and pull expiring or recalled products Attend team meetings virtually and in person Administrative Manage and submit your own timecards and mileage Maintain vendor credentialing compliance Qualifications High school diploma required, associate's a plus No experience required - we fully train you. If you're reliable, organized, and good with people, we'll teach you everything else. Recent graduates and people early in their working lives are encouraged to apply. Inventory, warehouse, stockroom, or receiving experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential Comfortable with email, Excel, and computer-based inventory systems Reliable transportation and proof of insurance are required Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check This is NOT a remote position The following will be required upon hire: Tuberculosis (TB)
