Job Description

Inventory Technician Position Summary The Inventory Technician is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting daily warehouse operations, and ensuring materials are received, stored, and distributed efficiently. This role plays a key part in supporting pharmacy operations by maintaining organized inventory, ensuring product availability, and upholding a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify documents for incoming materials. Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper receiving, stocking, inventory transactions, and routine cycle counts. Pick and stage materials based on internal requests, work orders, and operational needs. Restock inventory locations to ensure continuous product availability for pharmacy and warehouse operations. Perform routine cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy. Investigate, reconcile, and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and damaged materials. Safely operate warehouse equipment and material handling tools in accordance with company policies. Follow all company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and warehouse best practices. Coordinate with Purchasing, Procurement, Pharmacy Operations, and other departments to ensure timely availability of inventory and supplies. Assist with inventory organization, warehouse improvements, and process optimization initiatives. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a professional appearance throughout warehouse and pharmacy locations. Support other operational and inventory-related duties as assigned to ensure efficient daily operations. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management or warehouse systems preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and move materials throughout the workday. Forklift or powered industrial truck experience is a plus (if applicable). Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, or pharmacy inventory experience preferred. What's in it for you:
