Join our manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Methods Engineering Technician (2nd shift) and play a key role in driving operational efficiency and equipment reliability. This is a hands-on opportunity to apply your technical skills, support process improvements, and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence. What will you do?
  • Assist in designing and optimizing manufacturing systems to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency
  • Execute preventive maintenance programs and troubleshoot equipment issues to reduce downtime
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles and data-driven analysis
