Through our family of companies, we help customers improve operational efficiency, advance sustainability, and manage waste more safely and effectively. Position Summary The Inventory Control Specialist maintains accurate inventory records, processes inventory transactions in NetSuite, and supports daily material flow. This role partners Operations, Shipping, Procurement, Warehousing, Service, and Production to resolve discrepancies and keep materials organized, labeled, and available. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and complete cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
- Enter and validate receiving, transfers, work order issuances, adjustments, and other inventory transactions in NetSuite.
- Research and resolve discrepancies with Operations, Shipping, Procurement, Warehousing, Service, and Production teams.
- Manage Kan-Ban levels, service assets, returns, RMAs, and vendor returns.
- Keep materials labeled, stored, and organized while supporting daily shipping and operational needs. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; related degree preferred.
- Inventory, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- ERP experience required; NetSuite strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-through.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable in a fast-paced team environment. A Typical Day May Include
- Enter received materials into the correct NetSuite work order.
- Support Shipping with receiving, inventory, and material movement.
