Looking for consistent work in a unique manufacturing setting? Masis Staffing is hiring Inventory Control Specialists for a unique warehouse in New Albany OH! The Wax Inventory Control Specialist plays an important role in supporting our wax production operation by maintaining accurate inventory records, processing production transactions, and ensuring materials and lot information are properly documented. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Available Shifts 2nd Shift Monday-Friday | 1:00 PM-9:00 PM $20.00/hour 3rd Shift Sunday-Thursday | 9:00 PM-5:00 AM $21.00/hour Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintain Alene standards of performance and comply with all housekeeping, safety, and company policies and procedures. Enter and maintain accurate inventory transactions for chemicals, fragrances, dyes, and other wax components. Verify transaction quantities and inventory counts for accuracy. Investigate inventory discrepancies by verifying quantities in the warehouse when system counts do not match physical inventory. Enter all wax batch transactions, including: Material issues to wax batches Labor entries used to build batches Material issues to candle work orders Verify that all lot numbers are recorded correctly and that inventory is updated accordingly. Gather, review, and accurately interpret batch sheets from wax tanks. Communicate inventory or production discrepancies to the appropriate team members. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Wax Manager. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
