Job Description

Start your new career as an Inventory Controller with MAU at our client in North Baltimore, OH . As an Inventory Controller, you will manage auction inventory, maintain accurate stock records, operate heavy equipment, and help prepare and organize equipment for auctions. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

What We're Looking For:
No education requirement Minimum of 1 year of inventory control experience Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail Computer proficiency and experience using stock management systems Knowledge of inventory management processes, troubleshooting, and problem-solving Highly organized, motivated, and comfortable working in a physically demanding outdoor environment Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms (approximately 55 pounds) Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and comply with health and safety requirements Willingness to work additional hours, including weekends, during busy auction periods Knowledge of heavy plant, mining, or quarry equipment is preferred Knowledge of and ability to operate construction equipment is preferred Previous experience in a similar role is preferred What You'll Do as an
Inventory Controller:
Manage and accurately track auction inventory, including construction equipment, trucks, trailers, agricultural machinery, and other vehicles and equipment Enter stock information accurately into inventory systems Perform regular stock checks to ensure all inventory is accounted for Safely operate various types of heavy equipment Load and unload machinery with accuracy and care Prepare equipment and other stock for auctions Organize and maintain the auction yard Photograph inventory for auction purposes Respond to auction-related inquiries from customers and suppliers Help maintain accurate inventory records to support efficient auction operations

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
