Description Your Role Supports planning, coordination, and execution of Physical Inventory programs, including, vendor scan, self-scan, transfers and sensor programs for US and Canadian stores. This role partners with cross functional teams, vendors, and field leaders to support consistent execution of inventory activities, efficient processes, and accurate reporting for stores. You will coordinate inventory count activities, maintain timelines, support communication, and help identify process improvements that strengthen the Physical Inventory process. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Your Impact Coordinates key activities that support Physical Inventory execution across stores and partners with cross-functional teams to support alignment to timelines, vendor readiness, and Inventory Control requirements. Supports development and maintenance of Physical Inventory timelines and provides field communication while adapting plans to changing business needs Serves as the day-to-day point of contact for inventory program vendors to support operational consistency and company compliance. Coordinates transfers, large-scale damages, and return-to-DC activity to ensure accuracy in execution and reporting. Reviews store processes and identifies opportunities to continue to drive more efficient inventory management procedures. Supports development and execution of field communication plans for current shrink accountability programs. Supports field initiatives that help to improve overall shrink through partnership with Asset Protection. Compiles and distributes Physical Inventory results and reporting to field leaders and stores. Partners with vendors and Procurement team to support issue resolution and a positive store experience.
