We are looking for an Inventory Specialist to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will ensure inventory accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and help improve warehouse processes. If you enjoy working with data and taking ownership of inventory integrity, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Perform routine cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock verification. Investigate and resolve inventory shortages, overages, and discrepancies. Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS). Monitor pick locations and replenish inventory from reserve stock. Analyze inventory trends and recommend process improvements. Work closely with receiving, shipping, and returns teams to ensure inventory accuracy. Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. QualificationsRequired High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly. Basic computer skills, including experience with spreadsheets and reporting tools. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English or Spanish. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and different shifts as needed. Preferred 1-4 years of warehouse, inventory control, or distribution experience. Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or inventory software. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail.
