$22.00 / hour

Employment Type:

Contract-to-Hire Major Responsibilities Maintain accurate warehouse stock records, resolve inventory discrepancies, and utilize handheld computer scanners within our Warehouse Management System (WMS). Complete routine cycle counts, random audits, and inventory reconciliations. Investigate and resolve inventory problems in a timely and efficient manner. Research and reconcile product discrepancies and variances, including over/under amounts and damaged products. Conduct thorough physical warehouse searches to locate misclassified or misplaced inventory. Escalate complex issues or significant discrepancies promptly and directly to the supervisor. Complete all other warehouse and administrative duties as assigned by leadership. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years of general office or administrative experience. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. High attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills. Comfortable using technology, including WMS software and handheld RF scanners (training provided if necessary).
