As a Cycle Counter with Cherry/Order Picker Experience at Kuehne+Nagel, you will help ensure physical inventory matches system records while safely moving and accessing products throughout the distribution center. Your attention to detail, equipment skills, and commitment to accuracy will directly support customer satisfaction and operational performance. You will perform scheduled and ad hoc cycle counts, research inventory discrepancies, complete authorized system transactions, and operate a reach truck to access products stored at height. Working closely with inventory control and warehouse operations, you will help identify root causes and prevent recurring inventory errors. You will also work a 1st shift schedule and will be paid weekly at $22.50 per hour. Come join our team at Kuehne+Nagel!!! How you create impact Perform scheduled cycle counts, location audits, and inventory verifications in accordance with customer and company requirements. Operate a cherry/order picker safely to access, retrieve, relocate, and verify inventory stored in elevated rack locations. Research inventory discrepancies by reviewing physical stock, warehouse locations, labels, system transactions, and supporting documentation. Complete authorized inventory adjustments, transfers, status changes, and reconciliations accurately and promptly. Verify item numbers, quantities, lot or serial information, expiration dates, inventory status, and storage locations as required. Use RF scanners, warehouse management systems, spreadsheets, count sheets, and reporting tools to record and validate inventory information. Identify and report damaged products, incorrect labels, mixed inventory, location errors, and other conditions affecting inventory accuracy. Additional responsibilities as needed to support business needs. What we would like you to bring High school diploma or equivalent required. 1+ year of experience in inventory control, cycle counting, warehousing, distribution, logistics, or third-party logistics (3PL) preferred. Previous hands-on experience operating a cherry/order picker in a warehouse or distribution center environment required. Experience performing cycle counts, inventory research, reconciliation, location audits, or physical inventories preferred. Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, inventory systems, or related technology preferred. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work at elevated rack locations while operating a reach truck in accordance with job requirements. Ability to work the assigned schedule, including overtime, weekends, or holidays based on operational needs. Occassional lifting will be required up to 50 lbs.
