Job Description
Mental Health Technician

- ACU Northwest Center for Behavioral Health is recruiting for compassionate, dedicated individuals!
Position:
Our Mental Health Technician (MHT) under close supervision, provides non-professional direct or indirect care for consumers of behavioral health treatment in an inpatient care setting. This includes participation in de-escalation activities and assuring that consumers are kept safe. This position works as a role model for consumers, demonstrating effective problem solving and decision-making skills and will assist in providing recreational and therapeutic activities for the consumer. Our MHT verify the location of our consumers every 15 minutes, monitor their responses to medications and record patient information in electronic medical records. Join our dedicated team and help keep our facilities save during the overnight hours!Job Type/Salary:
Full-time (10-hour shifts) Nights- Perfect for night owls! MHT I $29,328.20/$14.10 hour MHT II $31,799.00/$15.29 hour MHT III $34,517.00/ $16.59 hour Extra $.50/hour for working evenings and nights
- Extra pay for overnight hours! Extra $.75/hour for working weekends and holidays Extra $1/hour for working on an inpatient or crisis unit Shift differentials can boost your hourly pay rate and you can stack them! Working a weekend night would earn you an extra $2.18/ hour! Full Compensation Range of $39,327.00
- $57,537.00. Compensation range to include base salary, retirement and benefits allowance
- dependent on the number of covered dependents!
