Technical Skills and Job Duties:
We are seeking someone to join our dynamic team in the Pacific Northwest. This role is crucial in managing our inventory processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency that align with our mission of delivering top-notch security solutions.
Job Duties:
Maintain 100% inventory accuracy with minimal overstock using Sedona Software Manage all in-house inventory and track via software application. This individual will be responsible for the accuracy of all inventory audits for Motive (fleet maintenance and tracking), gas cards, batteries, emergency food and supplies, etc. Manage warehouse, shed, POD, and other storage areas. Ensure cleanliness and organization of all areas. Label all job materials/parts and stage for installation/service technicians Manage all tool check-in and check-out procedures Manage all van inventory and keep each van stocked appropriately, including parts, ladders, AES, etc Manage fleet vehicles. Keep running task list of vehicle maintenance and perform inspection and minor vehicle repairs monthly including replacement of some decals, headlight/taillight, air filter, cabin filter. Schedule standard oil changes and major vehicle repairs as needed Work with Systems Manager as well as Services Manager to ensure all vehicles are washed regularly and are presentable to company standards. Perform minor vehicle touch-ups as needed Manage all company uniforms. This includes but is not limited to PPE, Systems technician uniforms, Services officer uniforms, iWatch uniforms Manage the dumpster area, electronics recycling, copper wire recycling, and return un-needed parts to Vendor bi-monthly Manage fire extinguisher canister and extinguisher powder recycling Coordinate the outfitting of new vehicles as needed Review Company inventory and tools upon technician offboarding, etc. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Ability to pass a background check (in accordance with state and federal guidelines) Ability to pass a 5 panel drug screen Clean driving record and a valid driver's license
