Inventory & Stock Specialist Neskowin Provisions, Neskowin, Oregon $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience Year-round, hourly position Are you the person who notices when a shelf needs restocking, a delivery has not been put away, or a storage area could work better? Do you enjoy creating order, keeping products moving, and making sure details do not get missed? You might be a great fit for our Inventory & Stock Specialist role. We are looking for someone organized, dependable, comfortable with technology, and ready to take ownership of inventory throughout our market, café, and retail shop. Inventory will be your primary focus, but everyone pitches in to support the shop and our customers when needed. What you'll do: Receive, verify, unpack, label, and organize deliveries Keep back-stock and storage areas clean and organized Replenish the sales floor and rotate products Identify damaged, expired, missing, or low-stock items Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory Maintain accurate receiving and inventory records Use a smartphone, apps, computers, spreadsheets, and inventory systems throughout the workday Support seasonal inventory changes and larger deliveries Provide occasional support with online order fulfillment as that part of the business grows Assist customers and support the café, market, and retail team when needed Report building, equipment, or maintenance concerns to management You might be a great fit if you: Are highly organized, accurate, and efficient Notice what needs to be done and take initiative Are comfortable working independently Learn new technology and digital tools quickly Are dependable, punctual, and communicate clearly Enjoy being physically active throughout the workday Are friendly with customers and willing to jump in as part of a team Have stock, receiving, inventory, grocery, retail, or warehouse experience Schedule Approximately 20 hours per week year-round, with the opportunity for 30-40 or more hours during higher-volume periods. Some weekend and early-morning availability may be required.
