Value Chain (Going Going Gone!) is seeking a Specialist Off Field Operations to keep our off-floor and back-of-house retail operations running efficiently. In this role, you'll support inventory accuracy, organize stock areas, process incoming product, and ensure merchandise flows quickly and correctly to the sales floor. You will perform cycle counts, assist with price and markdown execution, and use inventory and POS systems to track product movement. Working closely with store leadership and sales associates, you'll help maintain a safe, organized, and fast-paced environment that supports exceptional customer value and rapid inventory turnover. Responsibilities Execute off-floor inventory tasks including receiving, staging, and stockroom organization Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies in coordination with store leaders Prepare, label, and move product efficiently from back-of-house to sales floor Support merchandising changes, price changes, and clearance/closeout execution Use POS and inventory systems to update counts and track product movement Follow safety, loss prevention, and compliance procedures at all times Collaborate with sales associates and managers to meet daily operational goals Assist with truck unloads, transfers, and seasonal or promotional resets Required Skills Retail operations Inventory management Cycle counting Point-of-sale (POS) systems Merchandising and signage Stockroom organization Loss prevention procedures Data entry and reporting Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets Safety and compliance procedures
