What You'll Do ✅ Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records ✅ Conduct cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to identify and correct discrepancies ✅ Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure proper stock replenishment ✅ Analyze inventory data using inventory management software and provide actionable insights ✅ Prepare reports on inventory performance, trends, and key metrics ✅ Support shipping, receiving, freight management, and warehouse operations ✅ Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment ✅ Implement best practices that improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency ✅ Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless inventory flow and operational success What We're Looking For ✔ Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or distribution environments ✔ Knowledge of shipping & receiving, material handling, and inventory management systems ✔ Forklift operation experience ✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills ✔ Ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies ✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory tracking software ✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills ✔ High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities ✔ High school diploma or equivalent Bonus Qualifications ⭐ Experience with logistics, freight coordination, or warehouse management ⭐ Leadership or supervisory experience ⭐ Familiarity with growing organizations that value cross-training and flexibility ⭐ Ability to lead by example and contribute to process improvements Work Environment Our team operates with a hands-on, small-company mentality where everyone contributes to success. Inventory Control Specialist Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Denver, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
