We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven individual to support our warehouse operations in a dual-capacity role as an Inventory Control Specialist or Operations Coordinator. This position plays a key part in ensuring accurate inventory management while also providing day-to-day operational support to keep the facility running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, conducting cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records to support production and order fulfillment. You will also assist with operational tasks such as coordinating workflow, supporting leadership with scheduling and reporting, communicating with various departments, and helping ensure daily processes stay on track. This position is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable multitasking, and enjoys both hands-on warehouse responsibilities and administrative coordination. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Perform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory levels Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies using WMS/ERP systems Verify incoming and outgoing materials for correct quantities and identification Maintain proper labeling, storage, and rotation of materials Process inventory adjustments, transfers, and system updates as needed Support audits, physical inventories, and reconciliation activities Communicate shortages, overages, or inventory issues to supervisors Maintain 5S standards and follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements Qualifications 6+ months of recent inventory control or warehouse experience Experience using RF scanners and basic WMS/ERP systems Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift Reliable, organized, and team-oriented; overtime as needed Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
