We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Specialist to oversee and maintain accurate inventory levels throughout our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely availability of materials required for manufacturing operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods. Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy. Investigate inventory discrepancies, shortages, and overages. Maintain accurate inventory transactions. Review production schedules and ensure material availability to support manufacturing operations. Generate inventory reports and analyze inventory trends, usage, and variances. Assist in developing inventory control procedures and best practices. Identify replenishment needs and prevent stockouts. Support receiving and shipping activities as needed to maintain inventory integrity. Monitor obsolete, slow-moving, and excess inventory and recommend corrective actions. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Basic math, reading, and computer skills. 2+ years of inventory control, warehouse, manufacturing, or supply chain experience. Able to work as part of a team. Attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software Effective communication skills High School Diploma or equivalent work experience. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Stand for up to 8 hours per day.

Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
Pay:
From $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
