Job Description

KOBOLD Instruments is seeking a detail-oriented Materials Specialist to support inventory control, warehouse operations, and material flow throughout our Robinson Township manufacturing facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials are accurately tracked, organized, and available to support production and customer needs. Responsibilities Create and maintain barcode labels and inventory identification systems Pick, stage, and prepare materials for production work orders Receive, inspect, store, and accurately locate inventory Process inventory transactions within the ERP system Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies Coordinate materials and shipments with vendors and subcontractors Replenish inventory and maintain organized warehouse areas Support receiving activities and other materials-related functions as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED 3+ years of warehouse, inventory control, or manufacturing experience Experience with ERP systems and inventory transactions Ability to read work orders, bills of materials, and part numbers Basic Microsoft Office and Excel skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Barcode scanning experience preferred VLM experience is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in warehouse and manufacturing environments Ability to use required PPE and follow safety procedures Why Join KOBOLD?

Pay:
$18-$22/hour
Schedule:

Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
