Purpose:
Receives and stores supplies, monitors inventory, identifies and removes expired items, and fulfills supply requests. a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming supplies; verify accuracy against packing slips and report discrepancies. Fulfill and deliver supply requests across departments, ensuring proper documentation and signatures. Maintain inventory, including monitoring par levels, rotating stock, and removing expired items. Enter and track supply data in PeopleSoft and support shipping/receiving, including returns and documentation. Coordinate handling of regulated and pharmacy-designated items under appropriate supervision. Maintain clean, organized work and storage areas in compliance with regulatory standards. Communicate effectively with staff across departments to support daily operations. Adhere to hospital safety, infection control, and incident reporting protocols at all times. High School Diploma or equivalent and 1 year of related work experience. Ability to understand and execute verbal instructions. Ability to safely and properly operate pallet jacks, hand trucks and other material handling equipment.
