Role Mix:

Approximately 70% outside sales / 30% warehouse & inventory management Position Summary This hybrid role is primarily focused on outside sales coverage, with a supporting responsibility for warehouse and inventory management at the company's Bullhead City, AZ facility. This individual will spend the majority of their time in the field, calling on mining customers throughout the Southwest and aggregate customers along the West Coast, building relationships and identifying parts and equipment opportunities. The remainder of their time will be spent managing inbound and outbound inventory for the warehouse, which stocks parts for the region. This role reports to Heath Justice, District Manager for the West Region. Key Responsibilities Outside Sales (~70%) Call on customers throughout the surrounding Southwest and West Coast territory Build and maintain strong relationships with mining and aggregate customers Identify customer parts and equipment needs and translate them into sales opportunities Represent the company professionally at customer sites with solid product and parts knowledge Follow up on open orders, deliveries, and customer inquiries Report field observations, competitive activity, and customer feedback to the District Manager Support regional sales growth in coordination with the broader district sales team Warehouse & Inventory Management (~30%) Receive, inspect, and log incoming parts and equipment shipments for accuracy and condition Organize and maintain warehouse stock in a clean, efficient, and safe manner Pick, pack, and ship outgoing orders accurately and on schedule Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records using company systems Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits; reconcile discrepancies Monitor stock levels and proactively flag reorder needs to the District Manager Ensure proper labeling, storage, and traceability of parts Operate a forklift safely to load, unload, and move stock Maintain warehouse safety standards and general facility upkeep Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or relevant experience a plus Experience in outside sales, customer-facing, or account management roles Warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred Mining industry experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time across both functions Comfortable and personable interacting with customers face-to-face

Advanced Computer & ERP Proficiency:

Proven track record using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, or Prophet 21) for inventory tracking, order processing, and purchasing

Database & Data Management:

Demonstrated experience with real-time inventory reconciliation, serial/batch number tracking, and managing master data within an ERP framework

Microsoft Office Expertise:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data sorting/filtering for inventory reports), Word, and Outlook Forklift certification required (or willingness to obtain prior to start) Valid driver's license and clean driving record; regular regional travel required Ability to lift and move parts/equipment up to 50 lbs Work Environment Majority of time spent traveling regionally to customer sites Remaining time based out of the Bullhead City, AZ warehouse Physical warehouse work including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and operating a forklift Regular regional travel required for customer visits Compensation Base salary: $60,000

•70,000/year, commensurate with experience Plus commission/bonus structure tied to sales performance Total compensation potential: $80,000

•100,000+ for a strong performer
