The Seasonal Inventory Specialist supports the day-to-day management, organization, and movement of company inventory and assets. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, assisting with receiving and issuing materials, organizing storage areas, and supporting logistics activities across the organization. Working closely with the Inventory & Logistics Manager, the Seasonal Inventory Specialist helps ensure materials, equipment, props, fixtures, supplies, and other assets are properly tracked, maintained, stored, and available when needed. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. You also will have the chance to work on highly confidential projects for our clients in the resort and theme park industries. Your ability to keep our clients' secrets safe is key.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinates and administers daily meetings with team sharing loading/offloading schedules and daily tasks and deliverables. Maintain accurate inventory records within the company's inventory management system. Receive, inspect, label, and properly store incoming materials, equipment, props, supplies, and other assets. Track the movement of inventory between warehouses, project sites, vendors, and other locations. Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of physical inventory against system records. Organize and maintain storage areas to maximize available space and improve accessibility. Prepare materials and equipment for project, production, installation, or transportation needs. Lead and assist Warehouse Clerks with packing, staging, loading, and unloading inventory as needed. Identify damaged, missing, or excess inventory and communicate issues to the Inventory & Logistics Manager. Maintain accurate documentation for inventory transfers, receipts, shipments, and disposals. Support the preparation of shipments and coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and transportation providers. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and inventory environment. Assist with basic inventory maintenance, including cleaning, labeling, minor repairs, or preparation of items for future use. Support inventory organization and process improvements as directed by the Inventory & Logistics Manager. Work closely with project teams to understand upcoming material and equipment needs and help ensure inventory is available on schedule. Follow company procedures for inventory control, safety, equipment handling, and asset management. Perform other inventory and logistics duties as assigned. Ensure effective and safe use of all warehouse equipment. Must have a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles. Must be able to use pallet jacks, hand dolly, carts, etc. Forklift experience preferred. Forklift certification will be provided. As needed, be able to climb ladders up to 12' tall. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must have flexible schedule to include weekdays with occasional work shifts of weekends, early mornings or late evenings. Always utilize proper safety procedures. Maintain confidentiality of all information and projects shared with in the studio. ALWAYS share the BMP studio spirit with others, internal and external.

QUALIFICATIONS 1-3

years of experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, asset management, production, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish). High attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable working with inventory management systems, spreadsheets, and basic computer applications. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to safely lift, move, and handle inventory and equipment as required. Comfortable working in warehouse, shop, production, and project-site environments. Ability to work independently while following direction from the Inventory & Logistics Manager. Experience working in themed entertainment, events, production, construction, fabrication, or a similar project-based environment. Familiarity with inventory management or asset-tracking software. Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts. Basic understanding of shipping, receiving, and transportation processes. Experience handling props, scenic elements, equipment, raw materials, or specialty items.
