Job Summary Reporting to the Manager Solutions, this position will cross functionally own the inventory management program experience from evaluation to contract execution to implementation. This role sits at the intersection of a solution consultant and project manager. This role requires a highly motivated individual performing a variety of tasks related to the sales and marketing of our inventory management solutions to maximize customer retention and drive profitability growth. The ideal candidate is customer oriented, results driven, and passionate about delivering on the best experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Own the program sales cycle activity from assessment to implementation for all vendor managed inventory solutions offerings Accountable for maximizing profitability for participating customers within defined KPIs Present Magid industrial inventory management solutions to current and prospective customers Make joint sales calls with Magid field sellers Consult with customers on program best practices Support and facilitate quarterly and/or annual business reviews Fully leverage CRM (AS400), Monday.com and other software tools to perform all aspects of daily business within defined KPIs Prepare all necessary program set-up documentation and send electronically via Docusign within defined
KPIs Hybrid Work Schedule:
Monday - Thursday onsite at our corporate office in Romeoville, IL; Fridays
WFH. 3-5
years of project management, solution consultation, and/or sales experience Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent to work experience Industrial vending, vendor managed inventory, and/or inventory solution experience highly preferred Strategic selling and sales management support Ability to develop and maintain business relationships Ability to problem solve and provide analysis Strong Interpersonal Communication and Collaboration skills Strong MS Office skills, specifically excel (Pivot Tables, V LOOKUPS) Work Environment/Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift as much as 50 pounds at times Travel may be required. The salary range for this position is $63,750.00 - $81,750.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training, geographic location, additional qualifications such as licensure or certifications, market factors, and responsibilities. #IND2
