Location:

Cayce, SC Role Overview Responsible for inventory management and material operations in an office-based environment. Will work closely with Planners, Stores, and other internal teams. Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 hours/day. Start time can be flexible between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM. There may be limited travel, but travel is not a major part of the role. Industry background is not a barrier; candidates with strong, transferable inventory/materials experience can be considered. Key Responsibilities Create and maintain new items/materials in SAP. Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory activities. Perform cycle counts, particularly around the end of the month. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Work closely with the Stores team on material and inventory activities. Support and collaborate with Planners and other stakeholders. Interact with different teams and people throughout the organization. Systems SAP - important Maximo - nice to have, but NOT a must-have. Ideal Candidate Hands-on inventory/materials management experience. Experience with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, discrepancies, and item/material setup. Comfortable working with SAP or similar inventory systems. Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with multiple teams. Able to work independently in an office environment while collaborating closely with Stores and Planning.
