Join Adecco in partnering with a reputable client in Fort Mill, SC, as an Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Specialist . In this vital role, you'll play a key part in ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly by maintaining accurate inventory levels and high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily inventory audits to verify shipment accuracy, proper labeling, and storage conditions. Monitor warehouse activities, promptly resolving discrepancies such as missing items or barcode errors. Support cycle counting initiatives and investigate inventory discrepancies to maintain accuracy. Operate RF equipment efficiently to facilitate precise inventory tracking. Collaborate with team members to support order processing, resolve operational issues, and improve warehouse workflows. Assist with customer service tasks and contribute to special projects aimed at enhancing warehouse performance. What's in it for you? Competitive weekly pay ranging from $16.50 to $19.50 per hour. Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or inventory management. Valid driver's license. Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with RF scanning and warehouse management systems. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks in a dynamic environment. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to accuracy. Forklift certification is preferred or willingness to obtain certification if needed. Flexibility to work all shifts, including mandatory overtime when required. Pay Details:
$16.50 to $19.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
