Duties Manage inventory levels through accurate data collection, analysis, and real-time updates using warehouse management software. Coordinate warehouse distribution activities including stocking, order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, and materials handling to ensure timely delivery and optimal stock levels. Conduct root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies or process inefficiencies and implement corrective actions to improve warehouse operations. Utilize data visualization tools like Power BI or Octup to analyze supply chain metrics, identify trends, and support demand planning initiatives. Lead process improvement projects focused on logistics inventory management, category management, and overall warehouse efficiency. Operate forklifts and other materials handling equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols during heavy lifting and stock movement activities. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain management with a strong understanding of logistics processes. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms (such as Shopify), Excel data analysis, and data analytics tools like Power BI. Excellent cross-functional communication skills to collaborate effectively across customers, logistics, and IT teams. Knowledge of 3PL (third-party logistics) operations, shipping & receiving procedures, and supply chain analytics. Ability to perform math calculations accurately for inventory valuation, pricing strategies, and financial analysis. Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and problem-solving under pressure.
