Full Job Description Description:
Riverside Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Inventory & Quoting Specialist to join our team. As an Inventory & Quoting Specialist, you will help maintain the organization's inventory by ordering and supplying necessary items while maintaining accurate records of all procurements. Your primary focus will be on counting, quoting, and procuring inventory. This individual will work directly with the Computer Repair department.
What You'll Be Doing:
Quickly identifying needed parts and components for Break/Fix department Acquire inventory to support all Break/Fix sites Performing monthly inventory counts and investigating discrepancies in inventory Maintaining integrity and accuracy of parts and work-in-process to support open repair tickets Picking parts required for Break/Fix orders and delivering them to the necessary sites Receiving and stocking incoming materials and parts Developing and maintaining good working relationships with vendors Working with vendors to negotiate pricing on inventory Maintaining clean and organized workspace Training additional staff as needed to perform inventory/quoting Performing additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
What You'll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent required Basic computer skills and ability to learn different transaction processes Above average ability to perform basic mathematical calculations Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Regular reliable attendance Ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization Ability to work efficiently independently as well as within a team Must be able to pass drug screening and background check Must have ability to move equipment weighing up to 40 lbs.
