Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist/Coordinator to join our team. Duties Manage inventory levels through accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting using warehouse management systems . Conduct root cause analysis to identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, or stock shortages, implementing process improvements to enhance accuracy. Coordinate with procurement and sourcing teams to optimize stock replenishment, negotiate supplier contracts, and manage logistics for timely delivery. Oversee warehouse distribution activities including shipping & receiving, materials handling, order fulfillment, and stocking procedures. Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, production planning, and logistics teams to streamline operations and improve supply chain performance. Verify freight costs for orders. Assemble materials for orders. Coordinate lubrication system installs, job costing and job invoicing. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse distribution, inventory management software, or supply chain analytics with a strong understanding of warehouse operations. Must have mechanical and or electrical repair service experience! (required) Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements effectively within a fast-paced environment. Strong negotiation skills for supplier management and contract negotiations; experience in procurement is a plus. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary; familiarity with materials handling equipment such as forklifts is preferred. Must have valid drivers license, and must be 21 years of age. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with multiple departments and managing logistics inventory management processes.
