We're looking for a detail-oriented, analytical Inventory Control Specialist to help ensure inventory accuracy, support warehouse operations, and drive continuous process improvement. Position Summary The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records for finished goods throughout our warehouse operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring inventory accuracy, lot traceability, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and efficient warehouse operations. You'll work closely with our Warehouse, Purchasing, Production, and Finance teams to investigate discrepancies, improve inventory processes, support ERP system integrity, and help ensure our customers receive the right products every time. What You'll Do Maintain accurate inventory records within our ERP system Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, and mis-picks Monitor lot tracking, expiration dates, and

compliance Support physical inventory counts and audits Process inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, and adjustments Verify inventory accuracy for receiving, picking, staging, and shipping activities Partner with Warehouse, Production, Purchasing, and Finance to resolve inventory issues Analyze inventory trends and recommend process improvements Assist with warehouse optimization and inventory control initiatives Maintain documentation required for food safety, traceability, and regulatory compliance What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to investigate issues and identify root causes Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with inventory control in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Knowledge of cycle counting and inventory audits Understanding of
