Job Description EquipmentShare is seeking a Tool Trailer Specialist to support construction jobsites with reliable, tech-enabled tool access. In this role, you'll operate and maintain a mobile tool trailer, manage inventory, and ensure crews have the right tools, at the right time. Responsibilities include organizing and tracking tools with digital systems, loading and unloading equipment, coordinating deliveries with foremen, and performing basic inspections and maintenance. You'll promote a safe, efficient jobsite while representing EquipmentShare's entrepreneurial, customer-focused culture in the field every day. Responsibilities Operate and oversee a mobile tool trailer on active construction sites Manage and track tool and small equipment inventory using digital systems Coordinate tool deliveries, returns, and staging with site supervisors and foremen Inspect tools and equipment for damage, safety, and readiness for use Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and organization of tools and trailer Ensure compliance with jobsite and safety regulations at all times Maintain accurate records of usage, shortages, and service needs Provide responsive, customer-focused support to construction crews Collaborate with branch and logistics teams to schedule restocks and repairs Promote Equipment Share's mission and values through professional, reliable service Required Skills Tool inventory management Construction equipment familiarity Jobsite logistics coordination Basic mechanical skills Safety procedures (OSHA) Computerized inventory systems Driving and trailer operation Recordkeeping and reporting Customer service Time management
