Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a detail-oriented asset management professional to support a large-scale handheld device recovery and deployment initiative. This individual will be responsible for coordinating the collection of approximately 4,000 handheld computers currently in the field, tracking and inventorying returned assets, ensuring devices are wiped and processed for service, and coordinating returns with the leasing company. The role requires frequent communication with field teams, vendor coordination, progress reporting, and maintaining accurate asset records throughout the lifecycle of the project.   • Ability to collect, track, inventory, and return equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Experience communicating with field personnel and providing status updates
  • Experience working with vendors, leasing companies, and third-party equipment service providers
  • Proficiency with Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to manage large volumes of assets and maintain accurate records
  • Experience supporting Zebra TC77 devices
  • Experience supporting Brady CT70 / Honeywell CT70 devices
  • Previous experience with large-scale hardware refresh, deployment, or recovery projects
