In this vital role, you will oversee inventory accuracy, manage stock levels, and optimize warehouse operations to ensure seamless production and delivery processes. Your expertise in supply chain management, data analysis, and warehouse systems will drive efficiency, reduce costs, and support our commitment to delivering high-quality architectural millwork products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team dedicated to craftsmanship and excellence. Duties Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels using the ERP platform Innergy . Conduct regular cycle counts, stock audits, and root cause analysis to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Inspect materials to ensure they meet quality standards on a project by project basis. Collaborate with procurement to ensure material returns occur in a timely manner. Receive, handle and consume materials in a timely manner to ensure project financials are accurate. Work with the Production Manager to schedule and/or plan timely delivery of materials and 3PL. Lead process improvement initiatives focused on inventory management practices, category management, and stocking procedures to enhance warehouse efficiency. Support warehouse distribution activities by managing inventory categorization, merchandising strategies, and warehouse operations for maximum productivity. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse distribution, inventory management software or ERP systems. Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in Excel data analysis or similar tools. Knowledge of supply chain management principles including procurement, sourcing, logistics inventory management, and demand planning. Technical proficiency with Innergy and the Microsoft Suite. Familiarity with wood products used in architectural millwork, including: lumber, wood sheet goods, laminate, hinges, drawer slides, etc. Physical ability for heavy lifting when necessary. Familiarity with forklifts; certification preferred. Strong cross-functional communication skills to collaborate with procurement, production planning, logistics teams, and suppliers. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Bilingual is a must for our multi-cultural shop.
