This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with inventory, receiving merchandise, keeping things organized, identifying discrepancies, and making sure products move accurately from receiving to the sales floor, online orders, returns, and shipping. You will work closely with our pharmacy and retail team and play an important role in maintaining accurate inventory and smooth daily operations. What You'll Do Receive and check incoming OTC, retail, and pharmacy-related merchandise Verify shipments against purchase orders and invoices Identify shortages, overages, damaged merchandise, and receiving discrepancies Enter and maintain accurate inventory information Stock and organize merchandise while maintaining accurate quantities Perform regular cycle counts and spot inventory audits Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies Monitor inventory levels and identify items requiring replenishment Assist with physical inventory counts Prepare and process vendor returns Coordinate and process expired and unsaleable drug returns according to pharmacy procedures Prepare outgoing shipments and returns Assist with packing and shipping customer and online orders Maintain organized receiving, storage, and inventory areas Help monitor product expiration dates Work with management to improve inventory accuracy and reduce shrinkage Maintain appropriate documentation for receiving, returns, and inventory adjustments Assist with additional inventory and operational duties as needed What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Extremely organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working with numbers and inventory Able to identify discrepancies and follow through until they are resolved Comfortable using computers, inventory systems, and spreadsheets Dependable and punctual Able to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail Comfortable communicating with vendors and team members Able to work independently while also being part of a team Previous experience in retail inventory, receiving, purchasing, warehouse operations, pharmacy inventory, shipping, or inventory control is preferred. Pharmacy experience is helpful but not required . We are willing to train the right person who has strong inventory and organizational skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move throughout the workday Ability to regularly lift and move boxes and merchandise Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in receiving, storage, and retail areas Schedule Full-time position. Schedule may include rotating Saturdays. We are closed Sundays. Specific work hours will be discussed during the hiring process.
