The Job at a Glance As an Inventory Control Specialist at our, state-of-the-art fulfillment center you will work within our fast-paced, distribution environment. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the integrity of inventory data within the fulfillment center. This role plays a critical part in supporting operational efficiency, minimizing inventory discrepancies, and ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders. A Typical Day Maintain a safety-first environment by following safety procedures. Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Investigate and reconcile inventory variances using warehouse management systems (WMS). Monitor inbound and outbound inventory movements to ensure proper documentation and tracking. Collaborate with receiving, picking, packing, and shipping teams to maintain inventory integrity. Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and adjustments. Assist in root cause analysis for inventory issues and recommend process improvements. Support inventory-related reporting and metrics for leadership review. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and inventory control procedures. Operate RF scanners and other inventory tracking tools. Participate in physical inventory counts and year-end audits. To Land This Opportunity You love exercising!
