Job Description

Location:
Lubbock, TX The Administrative & Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for daily office administration tasks and approximately 100k in inventory. This will be an in-office position required to support the normal office hours of 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. Utilize software to manage purchases, receive goods, approve invoices and manage time sheet entry. Manage on site inventory - monitoring usage and conducting regular cycle counts to ensure the project team has enough materials on site for support project schedule. Attend all department and sales meetings as requested. Support project managers in RFQ process by sending RFQs to vendors, suppliers and manufacturers for project bids set by the project scope. Source and purchase materials for successful bids. Drive forklift within warehouse environment to move inventory. Travel to client site when needed. Assist in the coordination of projects as needed. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate leadership. Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned. High school diploma or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Three years' proven experience. Strong time management, organizational and multitasking skills. Forklift experience a plus - willing to train Must have driver's license - clean record preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented and capable of producing accurate work under tight deadlines. The expected base salary range for this role is $27 - $35 USD per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
