Inventory Specialist (USA)#26-06683 Pasadena, TX Onsite Contract - W2 Starts 9/07/2026 Ends 12/18/2026 Job Description Inventory Specialist (Oracle/Forklift)
Pay Rate:
$35/hour Summary Support inventory management, inventory consolidation, warehouse operations, and inventory data integrity activities. Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, IT, and Warehouse teams to maintain accurate inventory records and drive inventory improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Coordinate inventory transfers and consolidation projects to the Pasadena Warehouse. Support satellite location inventory closures and related Maximo activities. Maintain and update inventory records in Oracle and Maximo. Evaluate spare parts inventory and ensure data accuracy and completeness. Identify and correct inventory discrepancies, duplicate records, and inaccurate data. Participate in inventory cleanup, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain inventory reports, KPIs, status updates, and documentation. Support physical inventories, cycle counts, and warehouse operations. Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely. Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, IT, Operations, and Suppliers to improve inventory processes and data quality. Promote a safe work environment and follow all safety procedures. Required Qualifications Strong Oracle ERP experience. Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills. Forklift experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 7+ years of supply chain, inventory management, asset management, or warehouse experience. Basic knowledge of maintenance planning or plant reliability processes. Preferred Qualifications Maximo experience. Experience managing maintenance inventory and assets. Experience with inventory consolidation projects. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds occasionally. Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments.
