Job Description

Inventory Specialist Position Overview We are looking for an Inventory Specialist to support our manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, monitoring material movements, and ensuring materials are available when needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Manage and monitor inventory levels. Perform cycle counts and physical inventory. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Enter and update inventory transactions in SAP. Monitor material receipts, transfers, and consumption. Prepare basic inventory reports. Support Operations, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams. Help improve inventory accuracy and material flow. Follow company inventory and safety procedures. Qualifications & Requirements 2+ years of experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing. SAP experience preferred. Automotive industry experience is a plus. Experience in plastics, compounds, or materials manufacturing is a plus. Minimum English language proficiency required. Good Excel skills. Strong attention to detail and organization. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
